Evgenii Oleynik

Founder and head of the school
Hello, my name is Evgenii.
I became interested in chess when I was 6 years old. I won my first tournament at the age of 8, having won my first, but such an exciting title of "Champion of the City".
Over time, my life interests changed: I studied, traveled a lot, devoted years to various sports, but what has always remained constant is my love for chess. Wherever I am and wherever I go, I always have a portable board with figures in my bag, and an application for playing online is installed on my phone.
I discovered my passion for teaching 8 years ago. By the will of fate, I ended up at school in order to replace the main teacher for just one lesson, but I stayed in it for 3 wonderful years. In parallel, I started teaching online and since then I realized that it is very easy for me to transfer knowledge to children, and they, in turn, like to work with me.
And now, after many years, I have trained and continue to teach more than 200 students from around the world, many of whom regularly participate in tournaments and win prizes.
My author's teaching methods won the trust of children and their parents, so I decided to increase the coaching staff. At the moment, there are three excellent coaches working at my school, information about which is posted on the main page.
My author's method
Keeping a child interested in learning is not an easy task. But over the years of practice, I have developed a few simple but basic rules to achieve this goal. 🙌

A coach doesn't have to be boring!
If a little chess player wants, say, to show me his favorite toy or discuss a cartoon he likes, I will be happy to support the dialogue. Thus, the child does not perceive me as a banal teacher, and small breaks help to reload attention.

    The child needs motivation
Regular tournaments held among the students of my school warm up a healthy passion in children and teach sports "fighting". Not a single participant leaves without a prize, and, therefore, does not remain disappointed and looks forward to the next competitions with anticipation.

Not every child will become a grandmaster
Some parents ask me about the chess future of their child, even though the child has never held a chess piece in his hands. To this I always answer: "If you want to raise a grandmaster, then you should turn to another coach. My task is to teach your child to enjoy intellectual activity, and also to develop his emerging brain, helping to learn such qualities necessary for life as concentration, abstract thinking, strategic planning and problem solving skills."
Chess is interesting, useful and fun! Already 200+ students and their parents have approved my author's method.
